My wife and I both kept our ears open for Katie last night as we didn’t have the baby monitor to let us know when she was crying.
My wife did find the baby monitor later today. It was in a bucket in the laundry room along with her car keys. Since she hasn’t gone anywhere as of late she didn’t have time to miss the car keys. We have to keep everything out of Katie’s hands these days…especially if they are things that we really need.
At noon today I went to Sam’s Club in Durham to pick up supplies. I got two different types of paper for Katie’s easel. It is hard to rip off the paper that came with the easel as it was a roll, but these sheets are individually cut. I got two different types of paper…one regular and one a card stock. I think that the card stock is better for those paintings that we want to keep long term.
We have a lot of storage space available in our new home. As you can see by the photo on the right Katie has other ideas on how to use it.
WHAT I LEARNED TODAY
