Day #1325 (Tue., Aug. 20, 2013) – Christiane
Katie certainly has no shortage of plastic toy animals as you can see in the photo to the right.
My wife emailed me at work and told me that Katie was not a very good girl today. They went to the playground today and Katie didn’t listen to her. As a result, no present for Katie this evening. I made sure to talk to Katie and explain the situation to her. She was upset, but I told her that if she was a good girl tomorrow I would give her the present when I got home from work.
Katie is such a sociable animal. We are interviewing Christiane this evening and Katie has been looking forward to meeting her. When she was walking up the driveway Katie went out to meet her. Katie also had three bowls set up on the coffee table for a “party” for the new guest.
Christiane is a law student from Hillsborough and Katie really took to her. Almost as soon as she was in the door Katie had her playing jungle animals. We need a babysitter for Tuesdays and Thursdays now that Stephanie has agreed to work on M-W-F.
