As I was driving Katie to “camp” (actually just a continuation week at preschool) Eleri’s car was behind us. When we parked in the preschool parking lot they parked next to us. I said hi to Vanessa and she said “hi” but no eye contact. Katie waited for Eleri to get out of the car and “just stared”. Katie was very excited to see her but Eleri, well, not so much. I was trying to get Katie to class but she kept walking and talking and “playing” with Eleri til I said “Hurry up Katie I need to go to work”. We then rushed ahead and when Katie saw that there was no board to sign her name on she cried out “Eleri, this is crazy”. I think I’ve had enough of this Eleri business and this “fixation” Katie has over her.
The photo to the left shows the automatic breast pump that my wife got a few weeks ago. It was covered by our medical insurance, which is nice. Sure comes in handy now that little Bobby is drinking so much milk. Not a bit of wonder he can sleep 6-7 hours at times…he’s “drugged” on momma’s milk.
Everett and Darren stopped by today and got a lot more work done around the house. They fixed the patio door as it was too tight and hard to open. They also put the fire extinguisher on the wall and showed my wife how to work it. They put some insulation in the attic.
I made liver and onions for dinner tonight. My wife and I loved it but Katie, well, not so much. I ended up making her mac & cheese.
Little Bobby really enjoys being with Katie. This evening Katie was up to her antics and little Bobby put on this big broad faced grin. Won’t be long before he will be her shadow around the house.
Little Bobby tipped the scales at 15 lbs 1oz on Monday. The “Pack-N-Play” has a limit of 15 lbs so he will be sleeping in the crib in his room tonight.
