Day #2676 (Tue., May 2, 2017) – The “Mango” Game
Katie saw Victor on the way to Glenwood this morning. He didn’t seem to want to go to school today. We were almost late…we arrived at 7:45am but Katie didn’t get a “tardy” slip.
When I drove home after work this evening Katie, Bobby & my wife were next door at Penny’s. This was effectively Katie’s second play date with Penny. She has a trampoline and climbing structure (hemisphere, round thing made of triangles.
Bobby climbed to top of Helen’s tree house today (see photo to the right).
Katie elaborated a bit more about the “Mango” game she plays during recess. Katie’s team won the game today. Katie’s description of the “Mango Game”. There used to be only Katie, Victor and Helen playing “Mango”. Now Calissa is her mom and Victor is her dad, but she gets adopted by Sophie and Hudson. Hudson turned evil. Natasha is Sophie’s daughter. Helen is Katie’s grand-sister. Dylan doesn’t participate all the time. Everyone else is just a warrior whose job it is to keep the village safe. Theo is my brother. I was born to be wild and fight crime. Calissa, Hudson, Max and Victor are villains.
Bobby tried to bite my foot this evening.
There was a bad car accident on 15-501 just outside the gym this evening.
