Since Katie was sick yesterday, today is the first day back to school for both kids. Amy carried Frankie to preschool this morning. He certainly wasn’t happy to be back.
I went to Trader Joe’s for supplies this morning and picked up some of their “M&M-like” candies. Bobby ate Katie’s last night and she was made so I told her I would make it up to her. Well, today is the day. I put them in the package that Bobby ate from and put it on her pillow for her to enjoy after school today (see photo to the left).
Katie told me that Delaney said hi and bye and not much else today. No talk of her not being invited to Katie’s birthday party.
We have a new game. We put the little pink dog that Maple loves so much in the seat of Bobby’s PJ’s and give him a head start to run to the bathroom. If he makes it to the bathroom before Maple wrestles him and takes back the little pink dog, then Bobby wins! Maple loves her dog so it’s usually Maple who wins.
