After I dropped off Bobby at school today I went grocery shopping. I picked some grape jelly up (see photo to the left) for Bobby at Harris-Teeter, something he has been asking for as Glenwood sometimes has sunflower butter & grape jelly sandwiches for lunch.
I picked up Bobby this afternoon and he told me that for today’s lunch they gave him a cheeseburger, fries, and of course, a chocolate milk. He mentioned that he mixed them all together before he ate them. I said that that was okay, as your stomach will usually do this for you.
He also said that drew pictures in art class today. Rather than draw a picture, Bobby decided that he would make a paper airplane. When we got home from school he showed me how he made one. He was so busy making one that he didn’t even bother to eat the delicious pizza that I picked up at Harris-Teeter earlier in the day. They sometimes have their freshly made $11.99 pizzas on sale for $7.99, and today was one of those days.
This evening Katie had a singing lesson with Meredith, one of our neighbors. Maple was running up and down the hallway barking as she could not tag along.
