Day #4856 (Sun., Apr. 23, 2023) – Jurassic Park
Today was a relaxing day! No events or parties or “things” to go see or attend. Just a nice lazy day around the house to relax and get ready for the week ahead.
The kids, under the direction of my wife, cleaned up the pantry this morning (see photo to the left). Now (hopefully) the foods are organized and we will be able to see what we need and don’t need on our future trips to Aldi.
We had a family movie day today. We decided to watch Jurassic Park. I have seen it multiple times. My wife said she saw it on a small black and white television in Lithuania. Bobby said that he saw the Lego version of the movie. Nonetheless, today was the day to watch it. We had to pay a few bucks for it as it was not on any of our streaming services. Hard to believe that this movie is 30 years old!!!
This evening Katie told us of how some kid photographed another kid on the toilet at her school. The parents are outraged and have gotten the FBI and SBI involved. Alas, as it is with most things these days, I suspect nothing will ever be done about it.
