Day #396 (Thu., Feb. 3, 2011) – Katie The Weta

The more I think about it, having a screened in area on the patio is a good idea. My wife is home all day (1) studying for her PhD, (2) working at her job, (3) tending to Katie. It will make all this so much more enjoyable for her. Katie will love the swimming pool and sandbox that we will purchase especially for the deck.

My wife purchases quite a bit of baby food from Amazon. Here are some of Katie’s favorites:

1) Earth’s Best Organic 2nd Pear Juice, 4-Ounce Jars (Pack of 12)
2) Earth’s Best Organic 2nd Wholesome Breakfast, Peach, Pear, and Barley, 4.5-ounce Jars (pack Of 12)

I put Katie’s bib on her rocking horse this evening to form a “saddle of a sort” (see photo to the right). She was refusing to eat and “batting” all food items out of the way (as is her normal notice of “refusal”). At least it is going to good use.

Katie and I watched a television show about a Weta (a New Zealand “creepy crawlee”) this evening. Katie is a weta from time to time, but when she is we change her diaper…

WHAT I LEARNED TODAY
