Day #5390 – (Tue., Oct. 8, 2024) – Homemade Rye Bread
Bobby slept in this morning so he had to eat sausages in the van on the way to Huband. Katie was off and on if she felt well enough to go to school, but in the end she did. It’s nice to have both kids in school… 🙂
Bobby is talking about joining a soccer team, so it looks like he is really getting into fitness hobbies, which is great.
My wife received a starter from our neighbor, so she made some bread today (see photo to the right).
Katie and I were brainstorming some ideas on what her next YouTube video should be. We asked Copilot to come up with some ideas for us, and the idea of “Historical Fashions” appealed to her, so this might be her next video. She plans to upload a new video every Monday. I offered to promote her channel via my Facebook and other social media accounts, but she wants to grow it organically for now.
They had to order a part for our 2008 Toyota Camry Hybrid. Hopefully it will be ready to pick up by Friday afternoon when my wife and Katie are going to Vancouver for a trip.
I’m thinking of getting Bobby a go kart for Christmas this year. I kind of played up the idea that we would build a go kart if we had a farm and workshop once we moved, and this is a much quicker option.
