I had my last antibiotic pill this morning and honestly, I don’t feel better! Looks like I might need a different “pill” to kick this pneumonia to the curb. Alas, too late to set up an appointment at Urgent Care today, but tomorrow, hopefully… The last time I was there the doctor said I might need an X-Ray to determine what’s going on in my chest… We’ll see what they say…
Although I’m not feeling 100% I went with my wife, Katie, and Bobby, to Bobby’s school this morning. He gave us a tour of his room and the various projects he is working on (see photo to the left).
Bobby’s teacher this year is Mrs. Nelson. Her husband is from Australia. She told me that he doesn’t like to fly, but she has been to Australia three times now. If you look closely at Bobby’s room you can see a boomerang on the wall.
Mrs. Nelson also showed me a model of the Universe that they had on the floor. Apparently this model is old, and Pluto is on it, although no longer a planet. We talked a bit about that.
Bobby also showed us a little robot that will walk along a line that you draw on paper. It reads color, so if you give it a series of colored lines on this paper, it will behave in a certain way. You can see the collection of them inside the yellow circle on the photo.
After touring Bobby’s home room we went to the “Music Room” where the music teacher played some musical games with the families.
