Day #5618 – (Sat., May 24, 2025) – Ryobi Pressure Washer
Katie made pancakes this morning.
Bobby is still sore from his accident the other day. I talked to him in his bedroom and he was chatting with Ethan. I told him to tell Ethan that if I become rich I’ll fly our Lear jet down to Raleigh, pick him up, fly to Europe to see Paul McCartney, and back home. Bobby smiled… 🙂
Valentine the rooster is getting more and more daring. He will venture out into the coop now…quite the achievement. He still has his moments where something will scare him and he will run around like a crazy person, but he’s improving.
Katie and I went on a drive this evening, effectively Daddy/Daughter Day #157. I picked up a RYOBI pressure washer at Home Depot when we were out. It takes the same batteries as our lawn mower and grass trimmer, so that’s nice! One year ago today Katie and I went to this same Home Depot looking for a plunger to declog our Air B&B toilet. I asked her in jest if she wanted to take a photo over by the plungers on our anniversary… She declined… 🙂
This evening, for the first time, Katie was able to explain why she is in such a rush to get things done. She wants the most expensive and the best! For example, a helicopter. Her dream home has to have exactly her shade of color, etc… She wanted to rush home to journal this and ask ChatGPT questions about it.
