Day #5626 – (Sun., June 1, 2025) – Harvard or Yale?
Bobby is sick. In all honesty I never thought the kids would be sick so much as they have been this year. Maybe because we’re on Vancouver Island the virus strains are different?
Katie has been thinking a lot about getting into Harvard or Yale recently. She updated her vision board (see photo to the right). She’s been asking ChatGPT math SAT questions and then gets it to explain why when she doesn’t understand.
I downloaded the audible for “Rich Dad, Poor Dad” so Katie and I can listen to it on our drives.
Bobby had a good nap today, so that was good for him. Hopefully he will feel good enough for the trip that they are taking on Tuesday. He’s been looking forward to that!
Katie and I went for a drive tonight after I was finished mowing the pasture in front of the “Barn Suite”. We drove around for a bit, and planned to get yogurt at the Real Canadian Superstore, but I forgot my wallet. What’s up with that? I forgot it a couple of weeks ago and then today? Well today, I had a bit of a nap and was still groggy, so perhaps that’s what the reason was.
Bobby fell asleep this evening around 9 pm and woke up a bit later to vomit!
