This morning Katie went to the downtown Courtenay library where she met Jax, Zoey, and Ruby to discuss the Model UN conference for elementary schools. Her mother picked her up this afternoon at 1:15 pm.
Bobby went over to Esca’s house this afternoon. The plan was to spend 1/2 day there and then come over to our house for the rest of the day, but that was not to be. Bobby spent all day at Esca’s and I picked him up at 8:00 pm and drove him home.
Bobby told me that they mostly jumped on the trampoline, but they also watched the movie Garfield. They had “Annie’s Mac & Cheese” for lunch and cheese pizza for dinner. Esca is the oldest boy in the family and had two brothers. Remy is in kindergarten and the middle boy is Lio.
On the drive home Bobby and I got to talking about food. He told me that his favorite food was cheeseburgers, but that might be knocked out of place if the type of pizza was Hawaiian.
All of the chickens roosted at the same time today, except for one, that was out and about in the coop and squawking and clucking…perhaps because she just laid an egg (see photo to the right).
I was thinking of taking Bobby to see the Mario Brothers movie tomorrow, but it will not be coming out till next month.
