Today, as of March 8, 2026, British Columbia moved its clocks forward for the final time and plans to stay on that time year-round.
Yesterday Bobby went to Esca’s house so today he came over to our house. We moved our trampoline to be near the old barn. This means that it now gets more direct sunlight, which is nice.
Kristina and Darius came to spend the night this evening. Tomorrow they will be hiking on Mount Washington and then driving back to Victoria. Neither of them has to work tomorrow so it can be a nice slow drive back home if they so choose.
Kristina bought a couple of cakes to celebrate Bobby’s birthday, which will technically be in two days. You can see him “chilling out” with the cake in the photo to the right!
Katie was not feeling too well today so she mostly chilled out all day. Another day of school for both the kids tomorrow. She was hungry this evening and made herself a bowl of Lucky Charms!
