Today was a “One Egg Day” in the chicken coop (see photo to the left).
Bobby’s thumb is fine today. No need to go to Urgent Care or the Emergency Room. He just has to stay away from angry doors and he will be fine! His thumb was fine enough to play some skateboarding online game this afternoon!
I took Katie to her driving lesson this afternoon. I dropped her off at the ice rink next to Vanier and then picked her up at the same location one hour later. The driving instructor took her to bigger intersections this time and she got up to 60 mph. She went through the intersections near Crown Isle, Quality Foods, Starbucks, and the hospital. This will be her last driving lesson for a while as she wants to focus on her school work, but I’ll let her drive the Camry when she wants when we go out on our drives.
My wife returned from Duncan this evening. She picked up some almond buns at a Ladysmith Bakery for the kids as they were out of their famous cinnamon buns. She will need to go back to Duncan next week for Wednesday and Thursday, but she will be off for five days after that. Her boss gave her a laptop and two speakers to bring home with her.
