My wife is back, but today was still a work day. She worked online via her new computer and speakers from work today.
Something is wrong with Eclipse, one of our chickens. My wife put her into the bathroom in the lower area of the barn to be alone as the other chickens have been picking on her. Hopefully she will be back to normal in a couple of days.
Katie and I went driving this afternoon. Initially I drove and we ended up in the end of Courtenay near the Lake Trail Thrift Store where every item is $2. From there we worked toward the DQ where Katie picked up a single cheeseburger and a small dipped cone. She loved the cone, but found the cheeseburger a bit messy.
After a quick drive around Comox we ended up at the subdivision behind the Comox Quality Foods and Katie took over driving (see photo to the left). She practiced backing up and turning around. From there we went to Crown Isle for some more subdivision driving. It was getting late so I drove home after that. Quite a successful first day of driving the Camry!
Bobby is over to Zephyr’s house for a sleepover this evening!
