Day #1471 (Mon., Jan. 13, 2014) – Red Dashboard Light
Katie has effectively outgrown her car seat. She is now using booster seats. My wife bought one for her car and one for my car off Amazon (see photo to the right).
As my wife was coming home from Katie’s school this morning the red light went on in the car’s dashboard. Something wrong with the engine. As it turns out it was a minor problem. That’s good…we really can’t afford a new car at this stage of the game.
Batman seems to be getting friendlier and friendlier to me these days. I think the trauma of a new home and new surroundings is starting to wear off. Hopefully he will take more of a shine to Katie as well.
When I got home from work Katie had Zach on the leash walking him around the house. When Lucy took him home Katie cried and cried. She sure loves her dogs.
