Day #1561 (Sun., Apr. 13, 2014) – Sorting Through Eggs
Katie started the day off by helping mommy make scrambled eggs…the first time she has done so. She even helped mommy stir the mixture on the stove.
Later today Katie found time to go through the Easter Eggs she found yesterday (see photo to the left). A couple of them had Laffy Taffy…one of her favorites.
My wife wanted to coax Katie into the tub so I gave her a tube of toy sharks. She loves to play with stuff like this in the tub.
My wife was not feeling well so she went to bed and I tended to Katie. She started off by calling herself “Daphne” and me “Fred”. These are two of the main characters in the “Scooby Doo” show.
Later in the day we went out and picked some dogwood flowers off the tree. We used them in a necklace that we made for mommy when she got up from her nap.
