Day #1964 (Thu., May 21, 2015) – 14 lbs 6.5 oz
The photo to the right shows the “inch worm” plush toy that Katie used to love so much when she was little Bobby’s age. Little Bobby has grown fond of it as well. I think it might be the “big eyes”.
On the way to school this morning Katie and I had a long discussion on why I needed to go to work. I told her that this was necessary to get money for shelter and food and toys. I told her that her job now is to listen to the teachers and get good grades so that she will be able to work and earn good money one day. This led to a discussion of how proud my father was of me when I got off the school bus and told him that I got hundreds on my exams.
Picked Katie up at school at noon. My wife was thinking she might be able to wrap up little Bobby and go get her but I went instead. Good thing…it was raining cats & dogs. Katie gave me a little art drawing she made as we left the building. It was sprinkled with drops from the downpour.
Little Bobby weighed in at: 14 lbs 6.5 oz (6530 g) today. Katie’s weight at this same age (i.e.: Day #72) was 14 lbs 6 oz
