Day #2454 (Thu., Sept. 22, 2016) – First Piano Practice Session
I dropped my wife off at work this morning and then Katie at Glenwood school. All three of us tried to remember objects via the “story” method.
My wife told me that that are starting up a study at Duke soon… We’ll see how that goes.
Katie went to dance class after school today. No more swimming for the winter season…
Tonight my wife and Katie had their first piano practice session. The photo to the left shows the music book that Katie is using. Katie did pretty good. She played the first song through and I helped her with the fourth song while my wife put Bobby to bed. Bobby was beside himself! He was crying like mad as he knew that mommy and Katie were sitting at the piano doing something while he was being left out. I tried to distract him with various toys and activities but he would have nothing of it.
