Day #2610 (Sat., Feb. 25, 2017) – Guenther’s Birthday Party

The raccoon managed to get the chocolate out of the cage last night without triggering the mechanism. Looks like it is one smart animal.

2017-02-25 - Guenther's PartyGuenther’s birthday party was at 10am this morning. The birthday theme was trains and Genevieve made a train out of fruit and veggies (see photo to the left).

Katie and Bobby held hands on the walk over. There was a little Spiderman cap that went over your head and covered your eyes that Bobby wore the whole time. He had it over his head but didn’t like the “over the eyes” too much. He was fascinated with the “Jack-In-The-Box” toy. When a little boy would not give him his car he cried and then said that he wanted to go home.

After Bobby fell asleep for his nap my wife took Katie to UNC for an Asian festival. Katie got to do some origami and try out Kendo. She came home with some sort of an acrylic UNC Kendo sign that the man gave her…

Bobby and Katie were playing “Ring Around The Rosie” and circling daddy in the kitchen this evening. Bobby didn’t want to stop and cried til we went back in and did some more.

My wife melted some chocolate and put it in the cage for Mr. Raccoon this evening.
