Day #2611 (Sun., Feb. 26, 2017) – Batman & Wonder Woman Dolls
I went for a nice hour-long swim at the O2 pool this afternoon. I didn’t feel like swimming much after my hernia operation so today’s swim felt good.
I then stopped off at Trader Joe’s and WholeFoods for supplies. We sure go through a lot of goat’s milk these days. I got a coconut iced donut for Katie.
Jui-Lan and Mike are back from India. She stopped by to say hi and brought us some Toblerone chocolate as a way of saying thanks for watching their house for them.
Bobby had a nasty fall off the kitchen counter this evening. After crying a bit and a few hugs and kisses he seemed fine.
I gave Bobby two little dolls for his yellow bus, one of Batman and the other of Wonder Woman (see photo to the right). He jumped up and down out of sheer delight. My wife picked them up Kid-2-Kid a while back.
I devised another technique to get our raccoon friend this evening. I would dangle a snickers bar coated with melted chocolate from the top of the cage. Let’s see if this works…
If we were going to get a big dog now would be the time. Raccoons would never come around if we had a German shepherd. Alas we plan on getting a puppy so the raccoons would make short order of it.
