Katie told me that they learned about vowels and consonants today. She said that the vowels just sit around until the consonant comes along and tells them what to do. For example, the “R” bosses the “O” and creates the sound “RO”…
Bobby is not a well puppy today. It looks like the cold that he was starting to develop on the weekend has gotten the better of him.
When I got home this evening Katie was doing her homework on the dining room table (see photo to the left).
This raccoon seems to be taking all of our time and attention these days. This evening I figured that we would set up the baby monitor in the washing room to see what he is actually doing. I then put up a string/pulley system so that as soon as he got into the cage I could pull the string and catch him in the act. The bait this evening was a snickers bar that Katie gave me. Not only is it chocolate, but the gold wrapper will also attract him.
Well, the raccoon usually comes around 10pm or 11pm but it was not to be tonight. I fell asleep on the couch after a hard days’s work.
