It was raining this morning, so there was the possibility I might have to drive Bobby to school, but he rode his bike anyway.
Bobby got a Spiderman “web shooter kit” in the mail courtesy of Amazon today! It shoots a little plastic dart out of it’s wrist contraption (see photo to the right), and comes with two red “Spidey” gloves. When we were in Katie’s room Bobby was demonstrating how it worked, and accidentally lost the little clear plastic suction cup off the end of the dart. Because it was clear it was hard to find. I actually found it on the floor after he left the room.
Bobby made himself some Smores in the microwave this evening and sat down in the family room to watch some television while he ate.
The theme on Katie’s CVEMUN website is not the best. It’s not very intuitive to operate, so I’m in the search of a theme that is much more user friendly. I’m also planning on creating a “sister site” of this website. It will serve the dual purpose of a staging site for new changes, and a backup in case we need to roll back as well. It will also provide me with a place to experiment with Katie’s content, and if she likes what I’m doing, I can show her how to make the change on CVEMUN.
I’ve been seeing these little YouTube videos of dachschund puppies “playing” with rescue kittens. Man oh man these dogs are very nippy and enjoying and they just don’t give up. I’m sure that Batman would love to have one around… 🙂
