Day #2674 (Sun., Apr. 30, 2017) – Fixing Katie’s Bike
As I was driving Katie and Bobby back and forth in the driveway we met Evelyn’s mom. She said that she would bring Evelyn over today to play with Katie. Unfortunately, it was not to be. They went to a baseball game instead. Katie was very sad that she didn’t have a play date today, but at least she has Bobby now…
I went running for supplies this afternoon and picked up some inflating needles for Katie’s bike tires. Unfortunately, they didn’t seem to attach well, so I used the original pump. I managed to inflate the tires so she is back in business and able to ride around the yard again.
While at the store I also got two huge bubble wands (see photo to the right). The thought was that Katie and Evelyn would be able to play with them when she came over today but that was not to be.
Bobby is really into fire trucks these days. There is this real nice ride-on firetruck on a video that I’m sure he would love. Problem is, it looks kind of expensive and is really too big for our living room area.
