On the drive to Glenwood this morning I told Katie how proud I was of her. She did the right thing yesterday by reporting those kids who did bad things. She told us that she was nervous, as all eyes were on her in Mr. Rathbun’s office, but she went ahead and did the right thing anyway. That’s all we can ask of her and I’m so proud. Planning on getting her something REALLY special…
I went to Barnes & Nobles at noon today to check out the books. I came across this “Invention Mansion” toy for 75% off (see photo to the left). As I was going through the checkout line a lady saw what I had and told me that it was a great toy. All in all it cost $15, quite the deal. Planning on giving it to Katie tomorrow.
As it turns out some of the facts that Katie relayed to my wife and Mr. Rathbun were not 100% correct. We don’t think she lied to us…but did she just get confused?
Bobby loves to throw food around. I don’t remember Katie throwing it all over the place like he does. Come to think of it, I don’t remember Katie throwing stuff as much as he does.
I went to see “Guardians of the Galaxy II” at the Lumina theatre this evening. Could not stop thinking about the issue with Katie and Mr. Rathbun.
