Day #2755 (Thu., Jul. 20, 2017) – Sam’s Club For Glasses
Drop Katie off at acting camp and my wife off at eye doctor.
My wife needs new glasses so we bundled up the kids and drove to Sam’s Club this evening after work. Bobby, who is always ready for a drive, was excited that it went far beyond the driveway. Katie was wanting to put the window down on the drive over to get a “blast of air” on her face.
While my wife got her prescription filled I put the kids in the cart and went for a round in the store. When my legs could take it no more Katie pushed Bobby around a bit more. The lady who filled out the prescription was clueless so it took a lot longer than it should have. The prices here for eye ware are the best but we are going to have to find some other place in the future. At least til Amazon takes over the world.
While at Sam’s Club we picked up a book for Katie, “Charlie The Ranch Dog” (see photo to the left), as she took care of Bobby while we were there.
My wife was putting Bobby into the car seat this evening and he said “no problem”.
My tripod, coloring pencils, and Sharpies came this evening. This will make creating videos with Katie and her drawing so much easier.
