Both Katie and Bobby are off school this week for Thanksgiving break.
We initially didn’t want to get together with Arnesa and her family this Thanksgiving as Ayra has “Hand, Foot & Mouth” disease. Since neither Arnesa or Dzenen have contracted it we decided to ask them over today. Too late, they are going to Dzenen’s cousin’s place in Charlotte.
When Bobby got up from his nap this afternoon my wife took Katie and him and the two dogs on a long walk around the neighborhood. Were the dogs every hungry and tired when they got home.
This evening I showed Katie and Bobby how to make a “Snakes & Ladders” game (see photo to the right). We thought that Bobby might be old enough for board games but this exercise proved otherwise. He could play for a few rolls of the dice then his attention would wander.
