The photo to the right shows Katie with her friends Jax and Vivian. She left Hornby Island with Jax and came home today, arriving at 2:30 pm.
This morning Bobby and I cleaned up the house a bit…mostly putting dirty dishes in the dishwasher.
Bobby was feeding the chickens this afternoon and Pebbles, the rooster, attacked him. I told him that roosters are very territorial and will often attack someone if they think their hens are in danger. I had an experience with this as well when I was growing up.
My wife left Duncan at 4:30 pm this afternoon and arrived home at 6:30 pm. She has a few days off now before going back to work.
Katie was so exhausted that she went right to bed after getting home. The girls were up talking to 2:30 am in the morning. She awoke around 10 pm this evening!
Katie was too tired to go driving today, but that is actually good for me and my neck. My neck pain is gradually going away, but still there…
This evening I set up the app for Bobby’s Garmin watch on my iPhone. Now we can communicate back and forth. My wife is also able to communicate with us on the watch’s version of “group chat”.
