Kristina drove up from Victoria to spend the weekend with us. This might be the last weekend of skiing this year!
Kinda like the game of mousetrap a chain of events lead to spilled wine glasses and strawberries in the main house. I was trying to get past Kristina’s chair and gently guided it out of the way. She was reclining, so her footrest hit the contents of the table between the recliners and everything went flying. Quite the mess, but no harm done.

I went to Benino’s later this afternoon for a London Fog and on the way home I picked up requested supplies at Hughes Grocers in Comox. They were:
- A baguette – The dispenser of fresh baguette’s was empty, but they did have a frozen one (see photo to the right).
- Strawberries – I got two packs as they were on sale.
- Potato chips – last minute request from Katie.
- Oreo cookies – another last minute request from Katie.
- Strawberry-Rhubarb pie – not a request, but on sale, and something I think will be a hit!
I need to stop by Waypoint Insurance tomorrow. They were closed today due to Good Friday.
Bobby was playing with his VR headset and I was joking with him that we should see how well he will do if we tie his hands together. Hand movement is required in a lot of the games.
Katie did a lot of English homework today and managed to catch up. This is the last week of spring vacation for the kids!
