I took Katie to Vanier at 8:50 am this morning and then went back to pick her up and take her home at 3:10 pm.
Having said that, most of today’s events revolved around Bobby and his sore leg. I had an appointment to see our family doctor at 9:45 am this morning, but we decided that we would give that to Bobby so that he could take a look at his sore leg.
The doctor initially thought that his leg was a “give it time, it will heal”, but when he had a hard time standing on it, he ordered an x-ray. Food for thought: When you can’t stand on your leg the doctor is “obligated” to order an x-ray.
So, we ended up at the hospital. I dropped my wife off and came back to pick them up once the x-rays were taken. While they waited for me to arrive, they found a wheelchair for Bobby (see photo to the left) and my wife gave him a bit of a tour of the hospital. He got to see the cafe area and bought some candy at the gift shop.
As mentioned, I picked up Katie at Vanier at 3:10 pm, and drove her home. She was very quiet on the drive home. Zoey and her “lunchtime sitting with friends issue” got to her today.
My wife drove Katie to Daisy for her viola this afternoon. Bobby’s recouporating so no violin for him.
