My wife’s boss (and her daughter) stopped by the house today to drop off some clothes and books and belongings that they thought the kids could use. Katie was all over the books (see photo to the right). The kids grow like weeds, so they are always in need of more clothes. The toys? Well, we stopped off at Arnesa’s house late today to drop them off.
On the way to Arnesa’s house we got to see the place where they used to live. It’s just behind the Wendy’s in Carrboro. When I passed by it the other day it looked like it had been demolished, but that was another location nearby. It’s such prime real estate I’m sure it’s only a matter of time.
