I heard this little “knocking” sound outside my bedroom window this morning. I thought it was a beaver munching on a tree, or perhaps a branch just about to fall. As it turns out, it was our new pool cleaner. It sure makes a strange little sound.
I talked to the kids a bit about the video games they are playing. Katie told me that she is building two games, “Animal Island” and “Pet Shop Simulator”. Bobby is playing a game called “Brookhaven”. It’s a role playing game where you can pretend to be various people, like a police officer or even a criminal.
Meredith, our neighbor, was bitten by a copperhead snake this evening.
