Cal came over to play with Bobby at our house this afternoon. Bobby showed him ALL his Lego’s (see photo to the right).
I made the kids a peanut butter & jelly sandwich for lunch. I asked Cal if he would like strawberry jam or grape jelly and he told me that he didn’t like those. He just wanted a peanut butter & jelly sandwich. Ok, then… 🙂
I stopped off at Aldi & Harris-Teeter for groceries this afternoon. I made sure to pick up some chocolate chip milk as Cal said he likes it and we were out.
When it came time to take Cal home an issue arose. My wife offered to drive Cal home, and then walk Cal home… I think both kids were very tired as it was a long day. At any rate, Cal didn’t want to go home and stomped his feet and said that he would wait for his father to pick him up. My wife called his dad and he came to get him.
Katie will be able to find out the situation with drama club tomorrow as this will be the kids first day back at school in over a week.
