Day #4644 (Fri., Sept. 23, 2022) – iPad Repair
The photo to the right shows our broken tree swing. Katie made a temporary fix by putting a stick in the middle of the rope. We received a new swing in the mail from Amazon so I will put it up tomorrow.
I drove Bobby to school today… No complaints about being sick. He’s excited to be able to play with Ethan at his playground during recess today.
My wife and I dropped Bobby’s iPad off at a repair center in Carrboro this morning. The jack is so loose that it will not charge properly. His screen is broken as well. They said it will be ready tomorrow, but we’ll check back this evening to see if they happened to get to it.
I drove out to Glenwood for lunch today to pick up both Ethan and Bobby. Ethan arrived at the front office without his lunch as his teacher, Mrs. Stanford told him to not take it? Not sure what that’s all about, but the front office worker Crystal went to his room to get it… No big deal, but it meant that there was even less time for the boys to eat their lunch today.
My wife and I drove out to pick Bobby’s iPad up at the repair center this evening. He is so excited to have it back!
