Day #4666 (Sat., Oct. 15, 2022) – “The Curse of Bridge Mountain”

I made a big pot of fries and turkey bacon in the air fryer this morning. I gave some to the family to test out. As I was finishing off my plate in my room Bobby came knocking on the door asking for some more turkey bacon. I’m going to have to remember how much the kids like this when I make my next Aldi run.

I talked to the kids about a new Halloween movie that just came out last night on Netflix. It’s called “The Curse of Bridge Mountain”, and we decided to have a family day today and watch it. I said that I would go and get Chick-Fil-A for us to enjoy. Well, low and behold, I went for a nap and my wife work me up at 10:30 am saying that the kids were hungry and could we watch the movie now. Well, off I went to get Chick-Fil-A…

The movie was quite good, at least we all enjoyed it. I see that based on online reviews 94% said that they liked it. You can see Bobby watching it in the photo to the left.

This evening we decided that we would go out to see the Halloween House at Briar Creek. We met Ethan Johnston and his family there. This is the first time that I have met his dad.

On the way home we stopped off at McDonalds so that the kids could get an ice cream cone. We then went to Southern Village to see the Halloween decorations. This COVID “brain fog” or whatever is really getting to me. This is the first time that I’ve got lost there…
