Day #5616 – (Thu., May 22, 2025) – Huband Bear Sighting!
Bobby is home sick today. Still recovering… Katie went to school but decided she didn’t have any work to do so her mother went to pick her up around lunch time.
On the way to pick Katie up my wife noticed something at the corner with Huband (see photo to the right).
We paid our US and Canadian taxes, and even got a refund from our US taxes, but there is no acknowledgement of the Canadian Taxation office getting our check… We talked to our accountant and he said that “From time to time there can be a delay but it shouldn’t be this long. I’ll have Ray reach out to have a CRA Authorization form signed so that we can take a look.“.
It looks like Trump is going to try and ban all foreign students from attending Harvard. Who knows, in a few years it may be impossible for foreign students to attend UNC!
It looks like we’re going with an automatic gate in the $5,000 range. This includes installation and GST!
