Day #5647 – (Sun., June 22, 2025) – Four Hour Nap!
The farm that Esca lives on has goats (see photo to the left). Bobby was some tired when he got home today. He said that they slept from 11 pm last night to 6:25 am this morning! He had a great time! They drove to Comox Lake in Cumberland yesterday and did some paddle boarding and swimming. Last night they had a fire and some pizza.
He was so exhausted that he slept for 4 hours this afternoon! Plans were to take him to Nomads for a haircut but he slept right through that.
My wife mowed three of our lawns this afternoon and went through all three batteries. I took two hours.
Bobby made Ramen and started to watch “Stranger Things” this afternoon.
Katie read a library book today and did some of her NIDES homework. She also scrapbooked a lot.
Poor Mr. Valentine, our rooster. Some days are better than others. For some reason today he has been hiding in the coop between the nesting area and the wall. Great place to hide…you would never know he was there but he lets out a yelp every now and then.
