My wife took the kids to see Daisy for their first viola/violin lessons since the concert on the law a couple of weeks ago. On the way home they stopped off at Walmart for milk and got a chance to check out the Halloween supplies at Winners (see photo to the right).
Anthony showed up to hook up power to our gate. They guys also showed up to fill in the trench to the electrical cable.
I went for a supply run to Costco this evening. I was happy to see that they have some Frank’s Red Hot Sauce back in stock, so I picked up four bottles! My wife also had me pick up some of their rye bread and chicken tacos for her.
The tentative plan is to go to Victoria on Thursday. We will be staying at Kristina’s apartment in the city. Kristina’s son has offered to give us a tour of the museum where he works. Both Katie and Bobby will be going with me. I told Katie that if she wanted to come home early I could always drive her home early, and spend a few more days with Bobby. Alternately I could take both kids home and stay a few more days with just “me”… Looking for that elusive Vancouver Island “Panera Bread”!
