Bobby was not feeling well this morning so my wife drove him to Huband and picked him up this afternoon.
The kids has their viola/violin lessons this afternoon after school.
I played some games of “8 Ball” with the kids this evening. After a few rounds Bobby left to go jump on the trampoline. It looks like the trampoline was money well spent.
The screw that I picked up at Slegg’s Building Supplies the other day was the right width, but a little too short. I went to Home Depot and got some longer ones. As fate would have it, I could have bought just one screw if it was 1″ or shorter. For 1 1/4″ and 1 1/2″ lengths I had to buy packages (see photo to the right). No worries! I’m sure that we will use them around the property at some point.
Later this evening I went to Costco for supplies. My wife wanted me to pick up some cayenne pepper as she was where that was good to keep rabbits off your plants. The rabbits have been having a grand ole’ time on the flowers on the property as of late. Alas, they didn’t have any cayenne pepper, but I did get some milk and bananas for the kids.
Unfortunately the new Costco Master Card wouldn’t work. I tried it at the cashier and it gave her a message to contact the bank. I might have to make a special trip to CIBC and go in and see them.
