We invited Esca over to play on our new trampoline today but he couldn’t come, so they invited Bobby over to their place from 10-12 noon instead. They were having such a great time that Esca’s mom texted and asked if he could stay longer. My wife finally picked him up at 1:39 pm and they were bouncing up and down on Esca’s trampoline! Esca was doing somersaults, so Bobby might want to try that out on our trampoline as well.

The photo to the right shows the terrible accident that cause the backup of traffic on Friday afternoon. It was just outside the Heritage House Pub, across the street from Amanda’s office. Unfortunately there was a loss of life. There is such a bad traffic jam in the afternoons getting out of Courtenay, and few lights to assist drivers on the side streets. I’m not sure if this was the cause of this accident, but I wouldn’t be surprised!
