Bobby had a salad bar lunch at school today. They had buns and meat so he basically made himself a burger.
After school my wife drove the kids out to Daisy’s house in Royston for viola/violin lessons. Bobby’s leg was hurting as he tripped a few times while running in the woods yesterday. As a result, he got to play while sitting up in a chair. Katie and Daisy had a very touching conversation about their lives.
On the way home they stopped off at Wendy’s and got dinner to bring home. Bobby ate his in the tub, his favorite place to relax.
Batman was meowing upstairs so my wife brought her downstairs (see photo to the right). We put Maple in Bobby’s room so Batman could roam around the main house freely. He’s usually stuck in Katie’s room, so this was probably a welcome experience! Maple of course had a fit and was clawing on the door like mad to get out!
There was no big drama today in the “Chicken World”. Empress has been drinking water, which is good. Pandora is on the far end of the coop and not causing any trouble. Mother and daughter might be getting along better now… Maybe the “Pecking Order” has been resolved!
