My wife took Batman to the vet this morning so I drove Bobby to Huband. There was some discussion of taking Katie to school as well, but my wife was able to make it home in time to take her to Vanier.
On the drive to Huband Bobby told me about the Minecraft project that he is working on with a few of his friends. It’s sanctioned by the school, and the teacher is going to set aside some time for the kids to work on it. It basically revolves around creating an “Eco-Friendly” Minecraft house. Well, it involves Minecraft so you know that Bobby is all over that!
Maple has been helping my wife out with the Cricut designs she is working on (see photo to the right).
I picked up two bags of the “Chick Grower” chicken feed at Shar-Kare this morning. These little chickens sure do eat a lot so I figure two bags will last us longer. Might as well get it now and save myself an additional trip. I swung by McDonalds and picked up some of their coupon books to stuff the kid’s Advent Calendars I’m currently working on.
Valentine was lying down on his side again today… We thought he was “done”, but he was up roaming around in the coop later on in the day. What’s up with this rooster? I have never heard of a chicken lying down on it’s side before.
This afternoon I picked up Katie up at Vanier after her “Model UN” meeting as my wife was picking up Batman from the vet. On the way home I had to swing by Isaac’s house and pick up Bobby as well.
