My wife and the kids went to pick Maple up this morning. She did indeed need anti-venom. The overall vet bill was $1300… Hopefully she has learned her lesson and will let copperhead snakes alone now. We might need to get pet insurance to guard us against these sort of events in the future.
I had a dentist appointment this afternoon. There were two small fillings, and he had to repair the chip on my front tooth. For some reason, this front tooth is problematic. It keeps chipping away. He said that if it chips again we will need to get a veneer, or something similar. He fixed the chip for free, and the two small fillings came to about $88. Not bad…
