In Courtenay: Caroline our neighbor peeked over the fence and said hello to me today. She realizes that my wife and kids are off in Europe and we talked a bit about how this was like being a “bachelor” again.
In Lithuania: My wife had a 12 pm dentist appointment and decided to walk there. It was a lovely 30 minute walk through the old town. Katie slept till 3 pm today.
At 5 pm they watched VR experience “Trail of Angels” exploring 60 paintings of M.K. Čiurlionis (see photo to the right). It was in the city center and about a 20 minute walk home. They got some gelato there as well.
Back in Courtenay: I got some cheese and peanut butter from the main house for the rat trap in the barn to capture our “little friend”. I wonder if this rat is part of the problem with our rooster being “spooked” so much?
