My wife and daughter will be flying out to Toronto tomorrow. I will be dropping them off at the Comox Airport and will be leaving the house at 9:15 am.

Advent Calendar wise, the kids got “Nerds Rope” and “Ring Pops” (see photo to the right). Both kids love them and Katie went so far as to say this was the best day yet! Bobby went on to explain why “Nerds Rope” are so special. Apparently nerds are just tiny little candies, and this “rope” version means that they are stuck to a giant long gummy. This not only makes them easier to eat, but you get that gummy flavor as well! As far as “Ring Pops” go, they have liked them for years and I can remember them wanting them when we would go to the Dollar Store in Chapel Hill.
Katie got 100% on her math unit test today!
No Daddy/Daughter Drive tonight! Katie is busy packing.
There is a confirmed case of the Avian Influenza in the Comox Valley, which means no chickens are allowed to move off the property without a CFIA permit. This means that we could not get any new chickens now if we wanted to!
