Day #1004 (Wed., Oct. 3, 2012) – Spaghetti Dinner
Today is “Music Day” at Katie’s preschool. I asked her what she did and she said she “played with her friends”. When we asked her if she played with any instruments she said “No” emphatically. She says “No” emphatically to a lot of things these days. I know she did make a “pig nose” (see photo to the left)
This evening we bundled up Katie and took her back to school…it was “Spaghetti Dinner” time. In fact it was a church social but proceeds go to support the preschool program. A suggested $20 donation fed the whole family. Katie seemed to like the “white bread” the most…something that we don’t normally give her.
After dinner we went down to the playground outside Katie’s school room so she could play with her classmates. She spent a lot of time playing with Elery and MacKenzie. She even played “Ring Around The Rosie” with Elery. There was this one girl who looked exactly like Katie from behind…curly blonde hair and all.
