I worked from home today as my nose is constantly running due to the cold or allergies I have. I need to recover and get better as I will be “under the knife” in a few short days.
My wife has enrolled Katie in a program called “Little Passports“. Every month she will get a little package in the mail about a different country. This month’s lesson was, very appropriately, China. (see photo to the left). It tells you all about the country in question but creates an adventure out of the learning. I’m all for anything that makes learning fun as if you love to learn the rest is easy…
I was home today when Bobby woke up from his nap. He has quite the interesting schedule when it comes to “acclimating” back into society. He will often sit on his bed and play for a bit while he gets used to his surroundings. He will then quietly get out of his bed and peak around doors and such to see what is going on. He opened up the hallway door and peaked around and stared at my wife and me for quite a bit of time. He then went to play with his toys. We know better than to interfere with this schedule as he will get upset. When he is ready he becomes the “Gregarious Bobby” that we all know and love.
