Both kids went to school today. Katie IM’d us soon after she arrived…the fire alarm went off at her school and the fire trucks and police arrived… They think that someone pulled the alarm.

The photo to the left shows Katie’s French homework. She also completed her essay on the French Revolution this evening, 8 pages and 1647 words (see photo to the right).
I picked up Bobby after school today and he was real excited…Dominik invited him over to play after school today. They played over there for a while…he has a trampoline, then the boys with Dominik’s younger brother Connor arrived over at our house. My wife didn’t let them play with electronics, so they wandered into the garage to play a bit of ping pong.
I picked up Katie after dropping Bobby off. We went for a drive, effectively Daddy/Daughter Chat #26. We ended up at McDonald’s, of course… She was explaining to me how she doesn’t want to go to Daisy’s Group Class anymore. She says that she feels out of place as she doesn’t know the girls well and she is the only viola there. I do know that Daisy has tried to make a lot of accommodations to help her feel more comfortable, but they don’t seem to be working. She feels pressure to go, and would rather just go when she feels like going rather than a “must do” every week… We’ll see what transcribes on this…
