My wife and Katie went to the Nautical Days celebration in Comox this morning (see photo to the right). Katie ended up buying a ring.
There is a fire at Cameron Lake by Qualicum Beach. The smoke from this fire has reached us in Courtenay.
I washed my floors in the “Barn Suite” today!
This evening I went to the A&W on Guthrie Road for coffee. They wanted to charge extra for almond milk, so I declined. I have never heard of having to pay extra for any kind of milk or condiment when purchasing a coffee before. While at A&W Katie texted me that Kristina, my wife’s friend, had arrived from Victoria, so I headed home.

The kids went to bed and we were still up into the “wee” hours talking. Went to bed around 2-3 am.
